How to Start Service
The process is as follows:
1. Assessment
Questionnaire
Free, about 10 minutes
You start with a short questionnaire. It helps me see if we are a good match based on your type of business, your records, and what you are looking for. It is free and usually takes about 10 minutes.
3. Treatment Plan
Service Proposal & Setup
Included in onboarding
Completed within 5 business days
From the review I create a simple written plan. It explains what I suggest we do, how often it will happen, and what it will cost. You see what is included and what is not. If you agree, I set up your client portal, share a short checklist, and put key dates on the calendar.
2. Onboarding Consultation
Records Review
$250, 1-2 hours
If your answers show that we are likely a good fit, you will be able to schedule an onboarding consultation and records review. This is a focused, paid meeting where we talk through your situation and I look closely at your records.
4. Ongoing Care
Recurring Services
Billed and performed at agreed upon intervals
Once everything is set up, I follow the plan we agreed on. I keep your money records up to date, file any returns we listed, and send you clear summaries. You use the portal to upload documents, send questions, and see reminders. If your needs change, we adjust the plan together.
Services
You already understand what it means to follow standards, document clearly, and protect sensitive information. Your license and your clients' safety depend on it.
My work is similar. If your records are wrong or incomplete, it can cost your thousands of dollars, a lot of unnecessary stress, and trouble with the IRS.
You keep your clients safe. I help keep you and your business safe.

FAQ
1
Do you work nationwide?

Yes, I'm a virtual firm and work with clients across the US, except CA, and NY.

3
How fast are your responses?

Within one business day in most cases, often sooner during business hours.
5
Do you offer fixed pricing?

Yes. I use clear flat fees with a written scope. If the scope changes, I flag it and quote any add-ons before doing extra work.
6
Do you manage 1099s for contractors?

Yes. If you pay contractors, I can track who needs a 1099 during the year and prepare and file the forms at year-end. This can be built into your monthly services or added as a separate fee.
8
What if I get a tax notice or letter?

You upload it to the portal. I review it, tell you what it means in plain language, and either handle it myself or refer you to a specialist if it outside my scope.
2
Are you a CPA?
Do I need one?

I’m not a CPA. I’m a tax specialist focused on year-round accounting and tax for small businesses. When a project needs a CPA's license or signature, I bring in a CPA partner. I do not provide audits or assurance services, and most small businesses do not need them.
4
How do we communicate and share documents?

We use a secure online portal for messages, document upload, and e-signatures. No email or text messages to keep sensitive information safe.
7
Can you migrate my books to QuickBooks Online?

Yes. If you are using another system or spreadsheets, I can move you into QBO and clean things up as we go. Clean up and migration have a separate flat fee that I quote after I review your records.
9
Will you tell me what to pay for estimated taxes?

Yes. Planning clients get estimated tax targets for each due date, along with reminders before the payment is due.
10
What if my needs change or become more complex?

If your situation moves beyond what I handle, I will say so early, introduce a specialist I trust, and stay involved as needed so the handoff feels smooth.
Individual Taxes
Know someone that needs help with their personal income taxes, but they don't own a business? I'd be happy to help.

This calculator will give them a reasonable estimate as to the cost of their return preparation.
